INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. CLOSE THE INNER THIGH LEVERS TO BE ABLE TO SAFELY SIT IN MACHINE WITH BACK AGAINST BACK PAD. LEGS SHOULD BE OUTSIDE THIGH LEVERS WITH BOTH KNEES AGAINST EITHER KNEE PADS. FEET SHOULD BE PLACED ON FOOT RESTS.
2. OPEN AND ADJUST INNER THIGH LEVERS TO STARTING POSITION.
3. WHILE HOLDING THE HAND GRIPS, PRESS THE TWO THIGH LEVERS INWARD BY SQUEEZING INNER THIGH MUSCLES TOGETHER, IN A SLOW AND CONTROLLED MOTION.
4. WHILE MAINTAINING THE CONTROLLED MOTION, RETURN BAR TO STARTING POSITION. DO NOT ALLOW MUSCLES TO RELAX BEFORE NEXT REPETITION.
5. REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
