MUSCLES WORKED:

BICEPS BRACHIALIS     BRACHIORADIALIS
BICEPS BRACHII        FOREARM FLEXORS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1.  ADJUST SEAT SO THAT SHOULDERS LINE UP WITH BACK SHOULDER PADS. 

 

2.  POSITION ELBOWS AGAINST ARM PADS, AND GRASP BOTH HANDLES WITH AN UNDERHAND GRIP.  

 

3.  RAISE BOTH HANDLES UNTIL ELBOWS ARE FULLY FLEXED WITH THE BACK OF THE UPPER ARMS REMAINING AGAINST THE ARM PADS.  

 

4.  LOWER THE HANDLES UNTIL ARMS ARE FULLY EXTENDED. MAKE SURE ELBOW IS SLIGHTLY BENT WHEN EXTENDED. DO NOT LOCK OUT ELBOWS. DO NOT ALLOW MUSCLES TO RELAX BEFORE NEXT REPETITION.
