INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. WHILE SEATED, PLACE BOTH FEET ON THE FOOT PLATES AND YOUR BACK AGAINST THE PAD.  

 

2.  ALIGN HIP JOINT WITH THE PIVOT POINT BY ADJUSTING THE FOOT PLATE. 

 

3.  ADJUST LUMBAR PAD. 

 

4.  WHILE HOLDING SIDE HANDLES, PRESS AGAINST THE LUMBAR PAD AND SLOWLY EXTEND THE HIPS WHILE KEEPING YOUR BACK STRAIGHT. CONTROL THE RETURN FORWARD WITHOUT RESTING. 

 

5.  REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
