INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. STAND WITH YOUR TOES ON THE PLATFORM AND YOUR HEELS OFF THE END OF PLATFORM. 

 

2.  PUT YOUR SHOULDERS UNDER THE PADS AND STRAIGHTEN YOUR LEGS,  LIFTING THE WEIGHT CLEAR OF THE SUPPORT. 

 

3.  KEEPING YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT, SLOWLY LOWER YOUR HEELS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.  PAUSE AND ABSORB THE STRETCH INTO THE CALF. 

 

4.  RISE UP ON YOUR TOES AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.  HOLD THE CONTRACTION BRIEFLY THEN LOWER TO THE STARTING POSITION.

 

5.  REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
