INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. SIT WITH BACK AGAINST PAD. ADJUST SEAT TO ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT (ABS TIGHT, CHEST UP, BACK STRAIGHT).
2. GRASP HANDLES AND PLACE ARMS AGAINST ARM PADS WITH ELBOWS BENT AT 90 DEGREES.
3. IN A SLOW AND CONTROLLED MOTION, DRAW ARMS TOGETHER BY SQUEEZING TOGETHER (RETRACTING) SHOULDER BLADES. THROUGHOUT MOTION, MAINTAIN A 90 DEGREE ANGLE IN THE ARMS (UPPER ARMS SHOULD BE PARALLEL TO FLOOR).
4. WHILE MAINTAINING THE CONTROLLED MOTION, RETURN ARMS TO STARTING POSITION WITHOUT SETTING WEIGHT DOWN OR RELAXING THE MUSCLE.
5. REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE
MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
