INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1.  ADJUST ANKLE PADS AND FRONT ELBOW PADS TO ENSURE PROPER POSITION. 

 

2.  ALIGN KNEE WITH ROTATION AXIS.  

 

3.  LIE ON MACHINE, FACING PADS.  FOREARMS SHOULD BE RESTING ON FRONT PADS AND THIGHS SHOULD BE RESTING ON THIGH PADS. GRASP HANDLES. 

 

4.  CONTRACT HAMSTRING MUSCLES FULLY WITHOUT COMPROMISING FORM. AVOID ANY HIP MOVEMENT. PULL ANKLES IN AN UPWARD MOTION, TOWARDS HAMSTRINGS.  WHILE MAINTAINING THE CONTROLLED MOTION, RETURN TO STARTING POSITION  WITHOUT SETTING DOWN WEIGHT OR RELAXING THE MUSCLES. DO NOT ALLOW KNEES TO HYPER-EXTEND OR LOCK OUT. 

 

5.  REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
