ERECTOR SPINAE EXTERNAL OBLIQUES
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. PLACE KNEES DOWN ON KNEE PAD. KEEP ABS TIGHT, CHEST UP, AND BACK STRAIGHT.
2. ADJUST CHEST PADS AND PRESS CHEST AGAINST THEM.
3. GRIP HANDLE BARS. IN A CONTROLLED MOTION, TWIST BODY LEFT OR RIGHT. CONTRACT ABDOMINALS FULLY WITHOUT COMPROMISING FORM.
4. WHILE MAINTAINING THE CONTROLLED MOTION, RETURN TO STARTING POSITION.
5. AFTER COMPLETING ONE SIDE, PERFORM THE SAME MOTION TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE.
