INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. ADJUST SEAT FOR PROPER FORM AND WORKOUT EFFECTIVENESS.
2. BEND ELBOWS AND GRASP HANDLES WITH OVERHAND GRIP.
3. PUSH BOTH HANDS DOWN UNTIL THEY ARE FULLY FLEXED. MAKE SURE ELBOW IS SLIGHTLY BENT WHEN EXTENDED. DO NOT LOCK OUT ELBOWS
4. RAISE THE HANDLES UNTIL ARMS ARE FULLY BENT. DO NOT ALLOW MUSCLES TO RELAX BEFORE NEXT REPETITION.
5. REMEMBER TO EXHALE ON THE EXERTION OF THE MOVEMENT AND INHALE ON THE RELEASE.
